The Apartment

Situated in a quiet turning off the beautiful palm tree lined Rizospaston, leading directly to the Square, Doriza St is a modern, raised ground floor apartment, built in 2004, and considered to be at the smartest residential part of town. It’s a short stroll to both Vallianou Square and the seafront.

We bought the apartment as a second home very much for our own use – over the years both family & friends have enjoyed a stay here, and after frequent enquiries about holiday letting, we have more recently sourced a ‘turn around’ service which will make sure the apartment is cleaned before your arrival, and on exit. Should you stay longer than a week, bedding and towel laundry will be changed weekly.

(sheets, blankets and bathroom towels provided)
Sofa in lounge also opens out as an extra single/double arrangement
Family bathroom with shower, plus ensuite shower room/wc
Lounge – air con, TV DVD/CD player
Balconies front and back
Mosquito Nets throughout the apartment
Internet access - via your own portable dongle in the apartment (we use Vodafone) or Da’Cappo Internet cafe only a few moments walk away on the Rizospaston.
